CLOTHING
Gloves are recommend. If you don't have any of your own, we have some available for purchase for $10.00
It's important to choose appropriate footwear such as runners or boots; open-toed shoes, crocs, or sandals are not suitable for this activity.
Dress in light clothing that you can layer, and long pants are a must, especially as we may pass through wooded areas.
Be sure to dress according to the weather conditions on the day of
your adventure.Arrive 15 mins prior to departure to review ATV safety and proper ATV operation.
PLEASE NOTE:
Wearing sandals or any other inappropriate attire is strictly prohibited due to safety concerns. Individuals dressed inadequately will not be permitted to participate in the ride, and please note that refunds will not be issued in such cases.
LEGAL
All package rates are in Canadian Dollars and subject to 5% GST. All listed rates are per person. Please note that US dollar charges will be applied in Canadian dollars against current exchange rates. Rates are based on single riding,
RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND WAIVER FORM
All customers are required to sign a release of liability and waiver form. Any participants under the age of 19 must have a parent or guardian present to sign on their behalf.
CHECK IN AND PICK UP
At our office/shop located at 7125 B 93 Mile Loop Road, please check in 15 mins prior to tour departure.
SAFETY EQUIPMENT
It is mandatory for all tour and rental participants to wear the provided safety gear while on tour with us..
RIDERS REGISTRATION, LIABILITY & INSURANCE
We do our best to ensure the safety & enjoyment of all participants, however ATVing involves known, and unknown risks. We require all guests to sign a registration, assumption of risk statement and a liability waiver prior to tour departure. Waivers are available prior to making your reservation. We strongly advise participants to carry good medical insurance including recovery by helicopter.
AGE RESTRICTIONS
Minimum age is 19 years for riders on tours or 7 years for passengers when physically accompanied with a parent or legal guardian. All riders must have a valid driver’s license to operate one of our vehicles.
RIDING SAFETY
Please note that weather, or road conditions may alter the riding program and destinations.
RESERVATIONS, PAYMENTS & CANCELLATIONS
Reservations are required for all tours. To make a reservation we require a Visa or MasterCard deposit/payment. Payments are accepted by credit card. We reserve the right to cancel any departure up to 30 days prior due to lack of participants or other conditions.
EXCLUDED
Excluded from our all-inclusive packages are the following: 5% GST tax, and gratuities.

CANCELLATIONS FOR TOURS AND RENTALS - Written cancellations are received by our office only. No refunds for un-used portions of tours or rentals, early returns and 'no shows'.

Later than 72 hours before start time: No refunds
No shows/ unused days or early returns: No refunds
DAMAGE INSURANCE
You are responsible for the full amount (plus taxes) in damages to the machine per incident for tours.
CLOTHING
Summer temperatures can range anywhere from 10deg C to 40deg C. Please dress appropriate for the weather conditions and wear closed toe shoes. Please bring the following: sunglasses or googles (eye wear) sunscreen, and bug spray.
